FAQs:
In this section, we answer the most frequently asked questions.
Do you have more questions? Write to us on Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Is it your first time at the banya?
We recommend starting with a standard entry to discover the full experience step by step.
The ideal process is: arrive, shower, and enter the communal banya, where you can participate in the steam programmes conducted by our steam masters every hour.
When you first leave the steam room, we recommend showering with hot water and then moving on to an individual session of parenie (a personalised introduction with the steam master).
Afterwards, you will be guided to a cold contrast to refresh and invigorate your body.
The rest of the time is for you to enjoy as you wish: hammam, pool, a variety of contrasts, and the communal banya.
And if you're up for it, you can try some of our treatments for extra care!
Welcome to your moment of pause and renewal.
What are Feminine
and Masculine Days?
What are Feminine and Masculine Days?
At PAR, we follow the tradition of the Russian banya.
This allows each person to relax completely, without distractions, and connect with themselves in a more intimate and comfortable environment.
Women's days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Men's days: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
This way, we honour the essence of the ritual and ensure you feel free and at peace during your time of pause.
What is the dress code?
In the banya, we want you to experience it in the most authentic and healthy way possible:
- Swimwear is not allowed: the heat can cause synthetic fabrics to release toxic substances.
- We provide you with a cotton towel-sheet to cover yourself, along with the traditional felt hat that protects your head from the heat.
- Normally, guests go barefoot, but if you prefer, you can bring your flip-flops for added comfort.
What is Parenie?
Parenie is the heart of the traditional banya: an intense humid steam ritual combined with the use of venik, natural branches, which are used to gently tap and stimulate the skin.
This ritual is performed individually in the small banya, accompanied by the steam master, who tailors the entire process 100% to you and your needs.
It can be more intense or more relaxed, depending on what your body and mind demand. You can tell the steam master how you feel, your emotional state, or your previous experience with the banya, and he will advise you on the best way to enjoy it.
Parenie is an ancient wellness experience, perfect for reconnecting with yourself, releasing stress, and restoring energy.

From 6 to 12 years old — 50% discount (if sharing a locker with an adult).
